As used in this section and NRS 444.436 and 444.437 , unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Plastic means a material made of polymeric organic compounds and additives that can be shaped by flow. 2. Plastic bottle means a plastic container intended for single use that has a: (a) Neck smaller than the body of the container; (b) Screw-top, snap-cap or other closure; and (c) Capacity of not less than 16 fluid ounces nor more than 5 gallons. 3. Rigid plastic container means a formed or molded container intended for a single use, composed predominantly of plastic resin, that has a relatively inflexible finite shape or form and a capacity of not less than 8 ounces nor more than 5 gallons. The term does not include a plastic bottle.
