1. Any person, firm, corporation, agent or officer of a firm or corporation employing persons to work in or at camps to which the provisions of NRS 444.130 to 444.200 , inclusive, apply and the superintendent or overseer in charge of the work in or at such camps shall carry out the provisions of NRS 444.130 to 444.200 , inclusive. 2. At every such camp such owner, superintendent or overseer shall appoint a responsible person to assist in keeping the camp clean.
