1. Any coroner whose duty it is to hold an inquest on the body of any deceased person, and to make the certificate of death required for a burial permit, shall state in the coroners certificate the name of the disease causing death, or, if from external causes: (a) The means of death; and (b) Whether (probably) accidental, suicidal or homicidal. 2. In either case, the coroner shall furnish such information as may be required by the Board in order to classify the death properly.
