Nevada Code § 433.394

Acceptance by Department of money from other sources

For the purposes of chapters 433 to 433C ,
inclusive, of NRS, the Department may accept:
1. Moneys appropriated and made available
by any act of the Congress of the United States;
2. Moneys and contributions made available
by a county, a city, a public district or any political subdivision of this
state; and
3. Moneys and contributions made available
by a public or private corporation, a private foundation, an individual or a
group of individuals.
