Money to carry out the provisions of chapters 433 to 433C , inclusive, of NRS must be provided by legislative appropriation from the State General Fund, and paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. All claims relating to a division facility individually must be approved by the administrative officer of such facility before they are paid.
