Nevada Code § 428.040

Indigent person to provide information and cooperation when applying for relief

When an
application is made by an indigent person to the board of county commissioners
of any county for relief, the board of county commissioners shall require the
indigent person to:
1. Provide the information necessary to
determine the indigent persons county of residence or nonresident status.
2. Provide the information necessary to
determine the indigent persons financial condition and eligibility for medical
and financial assistance.
3. Cooperate fully in applying for any
federal or state assistance for which the indigent person may be eligible.
