Nevada Code § 425.3852

Certification of proceeding to district court: Representation of public interests; presentation of case

1. In a proceeding certified to the
district court pursuant to the provisions of NRS
425.3848 or 425.385 , the interests
of the public must be represented by the district attorney of the county in
which the district court sits.
2. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 1, the case may be presented by an employee of the Program or the
office of the district attorney.
