In addition to any other remedy provided by law for the enforcement of support, if a recommendation for support of a dependent child has been entered by the master, approved by the district court and filed, the Chief may proceed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 31A of NRS. NRS 425.3846 Enforcement of support in accordance with chapter 31A of NRS. [Effective July 1, 2026.] In addition to any other remedy provided by law for the enforcement of support, if a recommendation for support of a dependent child has been entered by the judicial officer, approved by the district court and filed, the Chief may proceed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 31A of NRS.
