Nevada Code § 425.3841

Establishment of paternity: Recommendation for temporary support pending resolution of proceedings. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

Upon the motion of a party in a proceeding to
establish paternity, the master shall issue a recommendation for the temporary
support of the dependent child pending the resolution of the proceedings if the
master determines that there is clear and convincing evidence that the person
to whom the recommendation is issued is the father of the child.
NRS 425.3841 Establishment of
paternity: Recommendation for temporary support pending resolution of
proceedings. [Effective July 1, 2026.] Upon
the motion of a party in a proceeding to establish paternity, the judicial
officer shall issue a recommendation for the temporary support of the dependent
child pending the resolution of the proceedings if the judicial officer
determines that there is clear and convincing evidence that the person to whom
the recommendation is issued is the father of the child.
