Nevada Code § 425.300

Dependent child defined

Dependent
child means any person, who is not otherwise emancipated, self-supporting or a
member of the Armed Forces of the United States, who is:
1. Under the age of 18 years; or
2. Under 19 years of age and who is a
student in high school.
