Debt means the amount of money owed as support for a dependent child pursuant to: 1. An order of a court of competent jurisdiction of this or any other state; or 2. A recommendation entered by the master pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852 , inclusive, and approved by the district court. NRS 425.295 Debt defined. A recommendation entered by the judicial officer pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852 , inclusive, and approved by the district court.
