Private emergency medical transport provider means a person or entity that: 1. Provides or renders emergency ambulance services in this State; 2. Holds a permit to own or operate an ambulance issued pursuant to the provisions of chapter 450B of NRS; and 3. Is not owned or operated by a federal, state or local governmental entity or a federally recognized tribe.
