Emergency ambulance service: 1. Means the transportation by ambulance of a person who is experiencing a medical emergency to a medical facility; and 2. Includes the rendering of medical care by a paramedic, as defined in NRS 450B.095 , emergency medical technician, as defined in NRS 450B.065 , or advanced emergency medical technician, as defined in NRS 450B.025 , in connection with the transportation of the person.
