Nevada Code § 422.242

Gifts and grants of money to Division: Deposit in Gift and Cooperative Account of the Medicaid Division; use; approval of claims by Director

1. Any gifts or grants of money
which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited in the State
Treasury to the credit of the Gift and Cooperative Account of the Medicaid
Division which is hereby created in the Nevada Health Authority Gift Fund.
2. Money in the Account must be used for
health care purposes only and expended in accordance with the terms of the gift
or grant.
3. All claims must be approved by the
Director or his or her delegate before they are paid.
