Meetings: Frequency; notice to members

1. The Nevada Veterans Services Commission
shall meet at least four times and not more than eight times every fiscal year.
2. Meetings of the Veterans Services
Commission may be held at the call of the Chair whenever the Chair determines
that there is sufficient business to warrant action by the Veterans Services
Commission or whenever five members of the Veterans Services Commission submit
a written request for a meeting.
3. Notice of the time, place and purpose
of all meetings must be given in writing to each member at least 5 days before
the meeting.
