Chair; Vice Chair; Director to provide for minutes and audio recordings or transcripts of meeting; compensation and expenses of members

1. The Nevada Veterans Services Commission
shall annually choose one of its members to serve as Chair and one of its
members to serve as Vice Chair.
2. The Director shall provide for the
preparation and maintenance of written minutes for and audio recordings or
transcripts of each meeting of the Commission.
3. Members of the Commission are entitled
to receive:
(a) A salary of not more than $80 per day, as
fixed by the Director, while engaged in the business of the Commission.
(b) A subsistence allowance of not more than $56
per day, as fixed by the Director, and actual expenses for transportation,
while traveling on business of the Commission.
