Nevada Code § 412.423

Withdrawal by accused of appeal or right to appeal

1. In each case subject to appellate
review pursuant to NRS 412.422 , the
accused may file with the convening authority a statement expressly withdrawing
the right of the accused to such appeal. Such a withdrawal must be signed by
both the accused and defense counsel and must be filed in accordance with appellate
procedures as provided by law.
2. The accused may withdraw an appeal at
any time in accordance with appellate procedures as provided by law.
