Beaver Dam State Park

1. The SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 16;
the E 1/2 of section 17; the N 1/2 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the NE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 and lots 2 and 3
of section 21; all in T. 5 S., R. 71 E., M.D.B. & M., containing 718.62 acres,
more or less, shall be known as Beaver Dam State Park, and shall be reserved
from sale and set aside for all time for state park and recreational purposes,
when such land is acquired by exchange of lands between the State of Nevada
under the Act of Congress approved June 8, 1926.
2. The Surveyor General of the State of
Nevada is directed to enter into negotiations with the United States of America
so as to provide for the exchange of lands referred to in subsection 1.
