Kershaw Canyon-Ryan State Park

1. The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 19,
T. 4 S., R. 67 E., M.D.B. & M., containing 40 acres, more or less, having
been received by gift, duly deeded to the State of Nevada by James Ryan and his
wife, Martha Ann Ryan, of Caliente, Lincoln County, Nevada, with the
stipulation that it be used only for park purposes, is hereby reserved from
sale and is set aside for all time for state park and recreational purposes,
and shall be known as Kershaw Canyon-Ryan State Park.
2. The E 1/2 of the NW 1/4, the W 1/2 and
the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 19, T. 4 S., R. 67 E., M.D.B. & M.,
containing 200 acres, more or less, is also included in the Kershaw Canyon-Ryan
State Park when such land is acquired by exchange of lands between the State of
Nevada under the Act of Congress approved June 8, 1926.
3. The Surveyor General of the State of
Nevada is directed to enter into negotiations with the United States of America
so as to provide for the exchange of lands referred to in subsection 2.
