Nevada Code § 393.155

Expenditures for improvements not located on property of school district

The board of trustees of
any school district in this State may expend money available for school
construction to make necessary improvements, including without limitation sidewalks,
curbs, gutters, street lights, traffic control signs or devices, fire hydrants,
water and sewer lines, street paving and drainage for flood control, which are
not located on the property of the school district but are necessary or
appropriate to the school construction undertaken.
