Each year, the Department shall provide to the board of trustees of each school district and to the governing body of each charter school a written summary of NRS 390.350 to 390.430 , inclusive. Upon receipt of the written summary, the board of trustees or governing body, as appropriate, shall provide a copy of the written summary to all other school officials within the school district or charter school.
