Nevada Code § 388.136

School officials prohibited from interfering with disclosure of violations

1. A school official shall not directly or
indirectly interfere with or prevent the disclosure of information concerning a
violation of NRS 388.135 .
2. As used in this section, school
official means:
(a) A member of a governing body; or
(b) A licensed or unlicensed employee of a school
district or school.
