If an administrator or his or her designee knowingly and willfully fails to comply with the provisions of NRS 388.1351 , the superintendent of the school district or governing body, as applicable, or the designee of either: 1. Shall take disciplinary action against the employee by written admonishment, demotion, suspension, dismissal or refusal to reemploy; and 2. If the employee is the holder of a license issued pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS, may recommend to the governing body that the governing body submit a recommendation to the State Board for the suspension or revocation of the license.
