Establishment of policy by governing body for employees to report violations to law enforcement

A
governing body, in conjunction with the school police officers of the school
district, if any, and the local law enforcement agencies that have jurisdiction
over the school district or school, shall establish a policy for the procedures
which must be followed by an employee of the school district or school when
reporting a violation of NRS 388.135 to
a school police officer or local law enforcement agency.
