1. The State Board of Education shall prescribe regulations under which contracts, agreements or arrangements may be made with agencies of the Federal Government for money, services, commodities or equipment to be made available to the public schools, subject to the supervision and control of the Superintendent of Public Instruction. 2. All contracts, agreements or arrangements made by public schools in the State of Nevada involving money, services, commodities or equipment which may be provided by agencies of the Federal Government, must be entered into in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the State Board and in no other manner. 3. This section does not apply to any money received by any school district in the State of Nevada pursuant to the provisions of: (a) An Act to provide financial assistance for local educational agencies in areas affected by federal activities, and for other purposes, being Public Law 874-81st Congress; and (b) An Act relating to the construction of school facilities in areas affected by federal activities, and for other purposes, being Public Law 815-81st Congress, as these statutes were enacted and may be amended.
