Nevada Code § 349.050

Qualifications of electors; voting by mail

1. Every citizen of the United States, 18
years of age or over, who has resided in the State and in the county 30 days
next preceding such election, is entitled to vote at the election if he or she
has complied with the registration laws of this state.
2. The provisions of the election laws of
this state relating to voting by mail shall apply to all bond elections under NRS 349.010 to 349.070 , inclusive.
3. Subsection 1 does not exclude the
registration of eligible persons whose 18th birthday or the date of whose
completion of the required residence occurs on or before the election at which
is submitted the proposal for a bond issue or otherwise for the incurrence of a
loan under NRS 349.010 to 349.070 , inclusive.
