Nevada Code § 293.435

Certificate of election delivered after decision

1. After both houses sitting in joint
session have decided an election contest, the Secretary of State shall execute
and deliver a certificate of election to the person declared elected, unless
such a certificate was already issued to that person.
2. If a certificate of election to the
same office has been issued to any person other than the one declared to have
been elected, that certificate is void.
