Nevada Code § 293.3025

Posting of copies of certain other information and documents at polling place

The Secretary of
State and each county and city clerk shall ensure that a copy of each of the
following is posted in a conspicuous place at each polling place on election
day:
1. A sample ballot;
2. Information concerning the date and
hours of operation of the polling place;
3. Instructions for voting and casting a
ballot, including a provisional ballot pursuant to NRS 293.3078 to 293.3086 , inclusive, or a provisional
ballot pursuant to NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887 , inclusive;
4. Instructions concerning the
identification required for persons who registered by mail or computer and are
first-time voters for federal office in this State;
5. Information concerning the
accessibility of polling places to persons with disabilities;
6. General information concerning federal
and state laws which prohibit acts of fraud and misrepresentation; and
7. Information concerning the eligibility
of a candidate, a ballot question or any other matter appearing on the ballot
as a result of a judicial determination or by operation of law, if any.
