Duties of Secretary of State and of county and city clerks

1. The Secretary of State, each county
clerk and each city clerk shall:
(a) Make the Voters Bill of Rights readily
available to the public;
(b) Maintain a copy of the Voters Bill of Rights
in his or her office for reproduction and distribution to the public; and
(c) Ensure that the Voters Bill of Rights is
posted in a conspicuous place, in at least 12-point type, at each polling
place.
2. The Secretary of State shall ensure
that the Voters Bill of Rights is posted on the Secretary of States Internet
website.
