If the Board designates a labor organization as the exclusive representative of a bargaining unit pursuant to NRS 288.400 to 288.630 , inclusive, an officer of the Executive Department shall not, pursuant to NRS 281.129 , withhold any amount of money from the salary or wages of an employee within the bargaining unit to pay dues or similar fees to a labor organization other than the labor organization that is the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit.
