The Administrator shall develop and implement: 1. An audit function to review each appointing authoritys processes and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and provisions of law relating to human resources. 2. A centralized job announcement system that streamlines employment recruiting for all appointing authorities. 3. A centralized employment system that includes, without limitation, a platform that all applicants may use to apply for state employment.
