Regulation of storage of explosive and combustible materials

In addition to the powers and jurisdiction
conferred by other laws, the town board or board of county commissioners may
regulate the storage of gunpowder and other explosive or combustible materials.
Any ordinance adopted pursuant to this section that regulates places of
employment where explosives are stored must be at least as stringent as the
standards and procedures adopted by the Division of Industrial Relations of the
Department of Business and Industry pursuant to NRS 618.890 .
