Loitering and prowling ordinances: Enactment and enforcement by town board or board of county commissioners

addition to the powers and jurisdiction conferred by other laws, the town
boards or boards of county commissioners of the counties of this state are
empowered to enact and enforce loitering and prowling ordinances.
