As used in NRS 268.765 to 268.777 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Council means the city council. 2. District means a taxing district created to establish a system to provide a telephone number to be used in an emergency. 3. System means the system to provide a telephone number to be used in an emergency.
