Nevada Code § 268.749

Definitions

As
used in NRS 268.745 to 268.761 , inclusive:
1. Community development program means a
municipal program which:
(a) Includes the activities to be undertaken to
meet the community development needs and objectives of the city and the
estimated costs and general locations of the activities;
(b) Identifies the resources, other than those
from federal Community Development Block Grants, which are expected to be made
available to meet the needs and objectives; and
(c) Takes into account appropriate environmental
factors.
2. City means any incorporated city,
including without limitation any such city organized under the provisions of a
special legislative act or other special charter as permitted by Sections 1 and
8 of Article 8 of the Constitution of
the State of Nevada, and any local governmental entity which has been granted
municipal powers or which is created by merger or consolidation of city and
county government.
