Nevada Code § 266.028

Record of public hearing; testimony at hearing; additional hearings

1. The board of county commissioners shall
keep a record of the hearing and include as part of the record the report
requested pursuant to NRS 266.0261 and
any report submitted by a commission, agency or district pursuant to NRS 266.0262 .
2. The board of county commissioners shall
allow any interested person to present oral or written testimony at the
hearing. The board may invite representatives from state and local governments
to present testimony.
3. The board may hold additional hearings
but all hearings on the petition must be completed within 30 days after the
initial hearing is held.
