Nevada Code § 240.062

Personal knowledge of identity

For
the purposes of NRS 240.001 to 240.169 , inclusive, a notarial officer has
personal knowledge of the identity of a person appearing before the officer if
the person is personally known to the officer through dealings sufficient to
provide reasonable certainty that the person has the identity claimed.
