Differential pricing, discounted pricing or special offers based on gender do not constitute unlawful discriminatory practice in public accommodations

Notwithstanding
any provision of this chapter, it is not an unlawful discriminatory practice in
public accommodations for any place of public accommodation to offer
differential pricing, discounted pricing or special offers based on sex to
promote or market the place of public accommodation.
