Nevada Code § 233.200

Report to Governor upon completion of hearing; efforts of Commission to bring about compliance with its recommendations

After the completion of any hearing the
Commission shall make a report in writing to the Governor setting forth its
findings of fact and recommendations or actions taken pursuant to this chapter.
The Commission shall use its best efforts to bring about compliance with its
recommendations.
