Division of Public and Behavioral Health: Establishment of educational program regarding prevention of domestic violence and medical, mental health and social services available to victims of domestic violence

1. The Director may authorize the
Administrator of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health to establish an
educational program regarding the prevention of domestic violence and any
medical, mental health or social services available to victims of domestic
violence, within the limitations of available funding.
2. The Department may apply for any
available grants and accept any gifts, grants or donations from any source for
the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this section.
3. As used in this section, domestic
violence has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS
33.018 .
