To carry out the provisions of NRS 209.4231 to 209.4244 , inclusive, the Director may contract with persons or private entities that are qualified to evaluate offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or qualified to administer programs of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or programs of aftercare.
