Nevada Code § 206.160

Leading or driving horse away without authority

Every person who shall willfully and
maliciously:
1. Untie, unfasten or liberate, without
authority, the horse or team of another; or
2. Lead, ride or drive away, without
authority, the horse or team of another from the place where left by the owner
or person in charge thereof,
shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
