Nevada Code § 205.481

Forgery by creation, alteration or deletion of data, information, image, program, signal or sound contained in computer

A person who knowingly, willfully and without
authorization creates, alters or deletes any data, information, image, program,
signal or sound contained in any computer, system or network which, if done on
a written or printed document or instrument, would constitute forgery pursuant
to NRS 205.090 or 205.095 , is guilty of forgery which is a
category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
