1. An officer conducting a search of a person pursuant to a warrant shall not perform a body cavity search of the person unless the warrant contains specific authorization from the magistrate who issued the warrant to perform a body cavity search of the person. Such specific authorization must set forth the reasons for the necessity of a body cavity search of the person. 2. As used in this section: (a) Body cavity means, with respect to: (1) A male person, the rectum. (2) A female person, the rectum or vagina. (b) Body cavity search means the touching or probing of a body cavity of a person, regardless of whether or not there is actual penetration of that body cavity.
