Each county clerk shall maintain a record containing the following information for each bail bond accepted by a district court within the county: 1. The name of the defendant; 2. The name of the surety; 3. The amount of the bond; 4. The name of the court admitting the defendant to bail and the case number; 5. The date of exoneration or forfeiture of the bond; 6. The book and page of the minute order declaring the exoneration or forfeiture; and 7. The date of notice to the district attorney of any forfeiture of the bond.
