Supervisory authority and powers of special guardian

1. A special guardian shall exercise
supervisory authority over the protected person in a manner which is least
restrictive of the personal freedom of the protected person and which is consistent
with the need of the protected person for supervision and protection.
2. A special guardian has the powers set
forth in the order appointing the special guardian and any other powers given
to the special guardian in an emergency which are necessary and consistent to
resolve the emergency or protect the protected person from imminent harm.
