Nevada Code § 159.0617

Court or master of court or special master authorized to allow certain persons to testify at hearing to determine person most qualified and suitable to serve as guardian

If
the court or a master of the court or special master appointed pursuant to NRS 159.0615 finds that a parent or other
relative, teacher, friend or neighbor of a proposed protected person or any
other interested person:
1. Has a personal interest in the
well-being of the proposed protected person; or
2. Possesses information that is relevant
to the determination of who should serve as guardian for the proposed protected
person,
the court or
a master of the court or special master appointed pursuant to NRS 159.0615 may allow the person to
testify at any hearing held pursuant to this chapter to determine the person
most qualified and suitable to serve as guardian for the proposed protected
person.
