Appointment of master of court or special master to identify person most qualified and suitable to serve as guardian; hearing; recommendation

1. If the court determines that a person
may be in need of a guardian, the court may order the appointment of a master
of the court or a special master from among the members of the State Bar of
Nevada to conduct a hearing to identify the person most qualified and suitable
to serve as guardian for the proposed protected person.
2. Not later than 5 calendar days after
the date of the hearing, the master of the court or special master shall
prepare and submit to the court a recommendation regarding which person is most
qualified and suitable to serve as guardian for the proposed protected person.
