Limitations on terms of leases

1. No agricultural or grazing lands within
the state shall hereafter be conveyed for agricultural or grazing purposes by
lease or otherwise, except in fee and perpetual succession, for a longer period
than 25 years.
2. No other lands or real property shall
be so conveyed for a longer period than 99 years.
3. All leases hereafter made contrary to
the provisions of this chapter shall be void as to any periods of time in
excess of those enumerated in subsections 1 and 2.
