Sec. 493e. (1) A person shall not jump or dive from a public bridge or overpass. (2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor. (3) This section shall not take effect until April 1, 1983. History: Add. 1982, Act 238, Eff. Apr. 1, 1983
